The bible tells us in Hosea 4:6 that God’s people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. To perish means that your usability is eroded. If you do not have knowledge of the personality of God, you will not be useable to Him. You are useable only to the extent of your knowledge of God. God wants you to daily gain knowledge of Him so that He can use you because our usage explains the unseen God to people.
Meditate on the following discovery and worship God with it.
• The Creator: A manufacturer of a product does not just go into production without a well laid out plan. He first does research and completes his work in the research room before he goes into production. Every manufacturer delights in his finished product because he gave in his best to achieve the masterpiece. God is the maker of all things. The world and all that is in it were made by Him and for Him. Nothing exists that He is not aware of, for He alone is the source of life. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made (John 1:1-3). For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him (Colossians 1:16). He created Adam and Eve and placed them in the Garden of Eden so He could have regular fellowship with them. Having created them, He gave them dominion over all of His creation. He placed all things at their feet and placed in them all that they needed to increase, to multiply, and to replenish the earth. The creator of all things made you and after He completed you, He took a look at you and said His creation was perfect. You are a perfect creation of the Omniscient God, made for His pleasure. You are not an accident on earth; your coming into earth was carefully orchestrated by the Most High who is your Father. He made you so you can fulfil a divine mandate and as long as you relate with Him as your Father: your source and your sustainer, His purpose for your life will be actualized.
